The main causes of this problem are that either the connection between the DIAGNOSIS MODULE and the vehicle is not functioning or Bluetooth is turned OFF.
Please check your smartphone settings.
- Make sure Airplane Mode is turned OFF.
- Make sure Bluetooth is turned ON.
