Can the previous owner continue tracking the car if they don’t deactivate their account?

Yes, the previous owner can continue tracking the vehicle unless you reset the Bluelink system. To prevent this, go to ‘Settings’, then ‘Bluelink’ in the infotainment system and select ‘Deactivate Bluelink’ to reset it to factory settings.
