I’ve purchased a used Hyundai and the previous owner’s Bluelink account is still connected. How do I disconnect it?

If the vehicle is still linked to the previous owner’s Bluelink account, follow these steps to deactivate it:

  1. Go to ‘Settings’ in the infotainment system, then ‘Bluelink’.

  2. Select ‘Deactivate Bluelink’ to reset the system to factory settings.
